I DONT HAVE A CLUE WHAT THIS IS BUT I SURE THAT IT MIGHT BE SOMETHING GOOD BUT I WOULD LIKE TO LEARN IT IN CLASS LIKE CASS DOES SOME DAY

The most powerful statement was when Jefferson said, "To you, then, gentlemen, who are charged with soverign functions of legislation, and to those associated with you, I look with encouragement for that guidance and support which may enable us to steer with safety the vessel in which we are all embarket amidst the conflicting elements of a troubled world."

I am really lost. I tried to read it and listen in class but I just couldn't grasp what was going on. I would read one sentience and then forget it when i read the next.

I am going to try and read it again this weekend.

I was honestly confused when it came to this i needed a dictionary beside me the whole time. So hopefully we will learn more like everyone else has said.
